of the city on Tuesday, killing at least 11 people and injuring 15 others. The country's Ministry of Defense said the plane had been on a training flight when the accident happened. The pilot was reported to have ejected from the doomed aircraft- a Soviet Sukhoi SU-22 fighter/ground attack jet.
