Host: In kitchen one Harold Cohen a retired plastic surgeon from Hollywood Florida.
Harold Cohen: Winning a competition here in the food network is one of the more exciting times in my life. I feel like an iron chef for a day. My speed rather recipe is pimento cheese burger was just a great southern recipe with home made pimento cheese, a burger that has great smoky taste in the burger. First thing I did was home made pimento cheese this will take with some extra sharp cheddar with dice pimentos in cheese for smoothness and my secret ingredients but I should disclose. Let’s some pickle juice from some bread and butter pickles.
Male judge: I like that a lot and that’s a very interesting use bringing the use of the Sydney here because there’s a lot of team work in there.
Female1: Yeah, uhmmp.
Male judge: So you get that like earthy sort of flavor that comes along.
Female1: Look at him he’s like highly organizing with a surgeon’s position.
Male Judge: What is he putting on?
Female 1: He is putting on. It’s the country ham
Harold Cohen: That ham was pretty my food process served to grinded up so we could combine it with our beef make a great recipe and I used bacon in that recipe so I have to cook the bacon as well as the burgers. I used soy and sandwiches because it’s going to crisp crunchy taste. You can add any kind of flavor that you want to in this particular such we’re creating a sudden burger I used cover leaf honey for a little sweetness and into all this to melt with that ham and bacon taste in the burger.
Male judge: Harold just reminds me of that all time cook that just always get to done on works all once bit.
Harold Cohen: I felt great because the things were done on time.
Host: Okay here it comes! Take a look at those bad boys. Linda I think that it might be the first burger that I see and you’re actually man handle here. You got both hands around it.
Judge Linda: This is delicious, really really delicious, I only recently discover pimento cheese when I was in South Carolina and I think it’s a brilliant idea to put on the hamburger. This is very very tasty.
Female1: I think this is the burger. Very very successful that use of the ham in the burger cubes that really moist and you cook that right on and I think that it’s just very. It’s really fun.
Male Judge: I love the smoke that I'm getting on this burger and I love how the cheese placed over the smoke as well. The reason that I liked this burger that I can need it, I can take it up is the right size, right brand and I eat it and I enjoyed it.
Female1: It’s a really happy burger.
Harold Cohen: I knew it that I’ve done well; I could have done well enough to win.
