Welcome to watchmojo.com. I’m your host Alex and if you’re visiting the city of Houston you got to check out these five places.
Number one, Museum of Fine Arts. The selection of exhibits covers both modern and ancient art, and represents a talent of artist from Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceana and the Americas. Paintings are abundant with the lovely sculpture garden is also worth seeing.
Number two, the Museum of Natural Science. Founded in 1909, the purpose of the Houston Museum of Natural Science has been to enhance the individual, the knowledge and the light in natural science and related subjects. But what gets the most buzz is a miniature rainforest environment created in the butterfly center.\
Number three, Space Center Houston. It is the visitors center for NASA Johnson Space Center. It’s a product of joint efforts of NASA and Disney Imaginary. Easily the most popular attraction in the Houston area, there’s nothing like it anywhere else in the world. You'll find plenty of exhibits and activities to interest both adults and children alike. They do a great job at introducing the visitors to different aspects of space exploration.
Number four, Galleria Shopping. The Galleria is a huge shopping center with four floors. Wonderful shopping is available all over Houston, but this is the definitive place to go for designer shops or just plain fun. After an extensive renovation, the Galleria now has more than 375 stores and it is certain to offer exactly what you need.
Number five, San Jacinto Monument. It commemorates the heroes of the battle of San Jacinto and all others who helped win the independence Texas. The San Jacinto Monument is a 570-foot high topped with a 220 ton lone star—the symbol of Texas.
