This is why both cold and heat treatments are becoming more popular options for controlling bed bugs within the pest management industry.
Because of its resilience and its ability to survive without a blood-meal, this is not a pest that can be controlled with do at yourself measures. Its illusiveness works to its advantage as bed bugs can be present that go undetected by the untrained eye.
