Hillary Kerr: Welcome to the Who What Wear fashion closet. I am Hillary Kerr.
Katherine Power: And I am Katherine Power. Today we are going to discuss a style situation that's a bit more fun and certainly less stressful than our normal topics. What to wear on a hot night out with your friends.
Hillary Kerr: Forget about the jeans and flirty top you wear every girl's night-out. Today, we'll show you two looks that your friends are sure to envy but first, take a look at a couple of ladies and we'll have them look down.
Katherine Power: One of our favorite models, Julia Stegner, showed up at a fashion week after-party wearing the perfect outfit for a night-out with friends. Her little leather jacket worn with a causal T and a pair of black shorts was the perfect mix of sexy and sophisticated.
Zoe Kravitz looks fresh and fun when she wore a fitted little white dress for a night of party-hopping. We love the pop-up color she added with this bright red chenille bag.
Katherine Power: With our muses in mind, let's find our own outfits for a fun night-out with friends. If you want to experiment with the fashion forward outfit or something that's a bit more revealing than your normal clothes, this is finally the right time and the right place.
Hillary Kerr: We wanted to play with some of this season's super bright colors in our girl's night-out look. So we started with this neon pink mini skirt from Diesel. When you only wear one bright piece, you get the feeling of the trend without looking like a box of highlighters.
Katherine Power: This skirt is a statement on its own and the top is pretty low cut, so we needed something that would refine these two items, basically, to just elevate the whole outfit. That's why we added this cream leather, Elizabeth and James vest. And finally, we finish the look off with this pale pair of gold pumps.
For our second look, we decided to keep the same color palette but this time, create a dressier outfit. The base of the look is this white Camilla and Marc dress.
Hillary Kerr: The ruffles on the dress make it pretty girly, so to add edge we found a little leather motorcycle jacket from See by Chloe and finally, just like in the first outfit, we added a pop-up color, this time it's in bright pink sandals.
Hillary Kerr: Thanks for watching Who What Wear TV
