Hillary Kerr: Welcome to the Who What Wear fashion closet, I am Hillary Kerr.
Katherine Power: And I am Katherine Power. With all the heightened awareness about the state of the environment its no wonder that the readers at whowhatweardaily.com are becoming more and more interested in earth friendly fashion.
Hillary Kerr: With that in mind today's episode is all about clothes with conscience and a high design standard. We will show you two looks, each based around eco savvy stylish pieces but first check out our celebrity news.
Speaker: Just because something is eco friendly doesn't mean it's not fashion forward, Lily Collins showed us this at a recent Linda Loudermilk show. KT Tunstall also loves this designer's stylish and sustainable design. She is seen here at an Elle magazine green issue party.
Katherine Power: With our goal in mind let's search the closet and come up with a couple of great looks.
Speaker: Many companies are now adding eco-friendly options to their clothing line. So the next time you stock up on basic tees or want a new pair of jeans, look for organic cotton options.
Hillary Kerr: While we love organic denim lines like Loomstate. We wanted a slightly dressier pants so we found these trousers by Linda Loudermilk.
Speaker: And in keeping with our eco-friendly mission we also added this V neck t-shirt from C&C's new Organic collection. We also found this fitted jacket from Linda Loudermilk, it's a great fit and it's also made from sustainable fabric.
Hillary Kerr: Our second look is based around this magenta dress from the new line ecoSkin, it just launched this season. The entire collection is made from earth-friendly fabrics like this dress which is made from a 100% bamboo.
Katherine Power: The dress is really casual which also makes it versatile, you can wear it during the day or you can dress it up for night. It's a solid foundation piece so just by adding these interesting accessories like the contrasting belt will give you a totally different look.
Hillary Kerr: Thanks for watching Who What Wear TV.
