John Schaub: What you do to keep the town at long term is first you have to buy the right house. You have to buy house and they we’re be attractive to long term tenant. And what makes it attracted with the other neighbors, you have to buy house on neighborhood that has good neighbor so a neighbor you want to leave next door too. May not be a neighborhood you leave in but in needs to be a good neighbors. And you will need to be a house adequate size will be moving in there.
