Naomi: Hi I am Naomi and I am very excited to show you the world's greatest attractions.
For nearly 50 years, the Town of Craco in Italy has stood uninhabited. Its dark windows like empty eye sockets look out at bystanders and potential visitors. Despite its roughly 1300 years of troubled history, Craco is now just a ghost town. The town has been a monastic center of feudal town and a center of education. Landmarks of Craco include a university, a castle, a church and several plazas. Though the town survived plagues and wars, landslides and poor agriculture forced the town's people to leave. Now the town is a wonderful place for visitors to visit and their imagination roam.
Thank you for watching our travel video series. See you next time.
