Rhiannon Ally: But now let’s move for the negative and think about the positive getting in shape. Shea Vaughn mother of active Vince Vaughn is an expert fitness trainer to celebrities and athletes galore. She’s recently taking the exercise world by storm with the launch of her new mind, body fitness DVDs called SheaNetics. Welcome Shea.
Shea Vaughn: Hi, how are you today?
Rhiannon Ally: It’s great to meet you. You look fabulous.
Shea Vaughn: Well, thank you.
Rhiannon Ally: You are grandmother of four and I can't even believe it. I couldn’t believe it when I saw you. You look so amazing.
Shea Vaughn: Oh thank you.
Rhiannon Ally: So did you credit SheaNetics to that?
Shea Vaughn: I definitely do because it gets me up and going and just creating it and doing it every single day helps me to stay fit.
Rhiannon Ally: What is SheaNetics? Tell us about that. Is it something for a certain age group or for everyone?
Shea Vaughn: You know what to say that something for everyone maybe just too broad but it’s certainly for the ages between 18 and 75. So that’s a broad market right there.
Rhiannon Ally: What is it exactly?
Shea Vaughn: It’s really a combination of yoga, pilates, Tai chi, martial arts, dance, ballet and other formats. And it really focuses on the core we call it TriCore power training. And it really gets you fit and gives you that look that you’re really been looking for.
Rhiannon Ally: Wow, I think it makes us look like you and you’re definitely onboard. Tell us what celebrities and athletes you’ve trained.
Shea Vaughn: My son is Vince Vaughn and I really don’t even go into that but I do a lot of in players and---
Rhiannon Ally: Have they tried SheaNetics?
