Tracy Effinger: Okay. When we go to the gym, we know you use weights for resistance. When you're on the whole body vibration, you can pull the arrow down, when you're on the whole body vibration machine. The vibrations are acting as your resistance, it's a reflux oriented muscle contraction, so your brain is sending signals to the muscle saying, contract, contract, so that you can maintain your equilibrium.

Tracy Effinger: Yes, here is why.
