I'm Amy Mac and in today’s Fit Life we’re doing a review over the Vibram Five Finger Shoes. Barefoot walking and running is pretty much more popular. The idea of being that all these years we’ve been wearing this really cushy supportive shoes and it’s weaken the muscles in our legs and feet. If you can go barefoot you could re-strengthen those muscles and positively improve your body alignment.
If you don’t want to go barefoot you can go nearly barefoot and see almost all the same benefits but without stepping on well everything. These are the Vibram Five Finger which comes of variety of style and colors for both men and women. As you can see they aren’t cushy, supportive of provides stability support so your feet actually have to rely on themselves for all of those things. The idea is to provide better foot mechanic, stronger muscles and possibly prevent or reduce injuries.
