David: I am on my way to meet Amy and Kevin Brandon and I’m told that she is about 5 months pregnant that’s pregnant. I have found that there is typically two kinds of pregnant ladies the once like glow and are just are motherly and fantastic and there’s the ones that are crazy the hormones are working and you know what I hope she’s crazy. I think it’s going to be more fun.
Amy: David is coming over. He is coming to my house and he is going to redo my living room and dining room. I feel like I won the lottery.
Kevin: I think a lot of young families battle with the same thing that we do as far as having that space feel like your own but yet have it be comfortable for both kids and parents.
David: Are you one of those ladies that freak out when people?
Amy: Not at all.
David: So this is the space. I love the fireplace.
Kevin: We just did actually.
David: It’s fantastic.
Amy: We would love to go for a kind of a peachy cottage kind of feel.
David: Peachy cottage, I like that.
Amy: But with pops of color you know some citrus.
David: Like a lot of whites and light colors and just pop of yellows and greens.
Kevin: You got it.
David: Now TV have you guys ever considered putting that over the mantle.
Amy: I have talked about it. You’ve never been crazy about that idea.
David: Not a crazy TV over the mantle thing.
Kevin: It depends on how it’s done.
David: I have to work that out. You really have to appreciate a family of 3 soon to before who want to know a white room. How many request. I have done 70 episodes and I haven’t had one you guys.
David: Amy it’s David Bromsted. Oh I know you guys kind of have an issue with the TV going above the fireplace.
David: Now I’m here trying to convince you otherwise. If I make the fireplace and the TV really work together do you mind if I do that. It’s going to save us a ton of space.
Amy: You’re the expert, we trust you.
David: Excellent, thank you very much.
Check your new space out.
Kevin: That’s incredible.
Amy: Oh my god.
This is amazing oh, oh my god.
This is gorgeous.
Kevin: Absolutely incredible.
Amy: And this is you.
David: This is my artwork, exactly. I thought I’ll give you a little lemon because lemon are so happy.
Amy: They are so happy.
David: They’re so happy and they’re so fun, they just bring joy.
Amy: I love the room. I do.
David: And what do you think of the rug?
Kevin: It looks great. It’s really soft in the feet.
David: That’s nice.
Kevin: Good for babies.
David: We gave you a really big oversize share here to really of course you can snuggle on with your new kids and I think people like it on there with your husband too.
Amy: Oh gosh. I love how the wood matches beautifully with the slates.
David: Well guys that’s a great job with the tiling and we just need to kind of redo the mantle and the beautiful aged wood in and then the out that’s such an amazing treatment on it. It actually looks like reclaimed wood.
Amy: It does.
Kevin: I was a little apprehensive about putting the TV in the fire place but it looks outstanding.
David: All white do you think it can actually work with you guys?
