In this segment, we’re going to look just briefly at cleaning it up your PC in preparation for the upgrade install Windows 7. We’re here in the Windows 7 homepage and there are several excellent tools that you can use to cleanup your PC. One that we recommend is TuneUp Utilities 2009, does an excellent job of cleaning out all that junk that you accumulate on your PC.

Another excellent is System Mechanic and there are links to this files in the show notes. Another good one is Zilla Free TuneUp and Optimizer. Another you might what to do in the process of cleaning it up your PC for this install of Windows 7 is to uninstall programs. And for that we recommend Revo Uninstaller. It completely uninstalls the program using the programs built-in unistaller and it also goes through in—cleans everything out of the registry, extra folders and so on.+6

So in this way you can prepare your computer, you’ve backup, cleaning up and your just about to the point where you’re ready to do your fresh install of Windows 7. Keep in mind that this is the multiple-part series. Be sure to watch all of the parts.
