First things first is going to be our turkey pot pies. We’re going to make mini style, little cup cake thins. We’re going to start with the turkey that you had for your holiday. Just chunk it up into a little dices and into that we’re going to add the string bean casserole. Usually the day after you make this it might be a little dryer and if you need some moisture, because you got a little dry situation going on. My suggestion is a little bit of milk or some turkey stock. But right now this looks nice and juicy and look, that’s it! This is the filling for our mini turkey pot pies. Now next, I’ve got some puff pastry here and the goal here is we want to make sure that we get 6 of this out of each sheets. So it needs a little bit of work but not much. Alright! So, I’m just going to place this right on top and make 3 rings in 1 row and we’re going to make another set of rings to go over the top. This is really great recipe. You can do it any time of the year. You don’t need to have left over. Ok so we got the bottoms and the tops, all we got to do now is assemble them. You want to go ahead and put the pastry down first then fill it out with chopped up turkey, your green bean casserole and then top it with another layer of pastry. Pinch it close. Put a little slit for venting. Put a little egg wash on it so it will turn nice and golden brown. All you have to do now is put this mini turkey pies in the oven. Now, you want to put them in at 350 degrees, for about 30 minutes or until they turn golden brown on top. Look at that! Look at it. Remember how I told you they will go to get nice and golden for you with an egg wash. I'm going to take one out. Go around the edge right here with a little knife. There you could see it spinning; it is ready to come out. Look at that, look at that nice little package.
