People talk about races in the city all the time. This is truly one, but the 1927 and 1928 Tudor City as it’s called is one of those affordable on clays named after the Tudor style of architecture perfecting in England in the 15th century and before his gothic style buildings room over the city. Spiderman was shot at one of these buildings. People really like it. the rent the studio for $1,400.00 and a bigger space for $2,000.00 overlooking United Nations and the East River. On the purchase side, prices are even better about $245, 000.00 or $250,000.00. You can buy a studio apartment, you can get a one bedroom here for $449,000.00 or $499,000.00 on a small side. A very few 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom apartments, people are always trying to break through and build large units as they raise their families. It’s just converted from rentals to a cap in 1985. It was on the city close to midtown Manhattan near ground central station and great Broadway Stars who love living in the area. It’s got tremendous services, we got a bike store, gourmet fruit shop and nail salon and a child nursery as well.
Why do people love it so much aside from the prices? It’s very peaceful and quiet. There are birds everywhere and in the summertime flowers and trees blossom and it really truly is a private peaceful place in the middle of the city.
