KELLY EDWARDS: I’m Kelly Edwards, and here’s a fact for you. You won’t find another eight-passenger SUV with better fuel economy than the Acadia here. And if you appreciate that kind of efficiency, you’re going to love my next GMC Trade Secret.
Have you ever noticed that some things have more than one use? Well, it’s really fun and interesting to find new uses for common items such as the things I have here. Take, for instance, this wine rack here. Well, when it’s not being used for the bottles, throw your magazines or papers in it and it’ll keep you super-organized.
And speaking of being organized, a napkin holder keeps all my bills in one place. The bills here are actually attached onto the spring here, and then holding it is a piece of wood. And this ensures that all my bills are sorted by date, which I absolutely love.
And this vase here, when it’s not being used for flowers, I simply throw all my kitchen utensils in there and it looks gorgeous on the kitchen countertop.
For this one here, instead of putting the pictures on corkboard with tacks – they get holes in them – you can actually attach them by using binder clips.
And, last but not least, dress up a pillow with some old belts. It looks gorgeous.
So repurposing things for a new use is a great way to be efficient. So why not go out and try to discover things that are all your own?
I’m Kelly Edwards, and this is my GMC Trade Secret.
