Transgender Beauty Says She Wants to Compete for Miss Universe

Jenna Talackova, a Miss Canada finalist, says she's just as qualified anyone else to compete for the title of Miss Universe.

The Canadian beauty was dropped from the contest two weeks ago after pageant officials discovered she was born a man. Talackova -- who is transgender was disqualified for not being a "natural born woman." Officials then reversed the decision and said the beauty queen would be allowed to participate provided she meets legal gender requirements.
