Hey guys, back on the video. This is going to be my 20th app review which is going to be my top five applications from videos 11 through 19. This is the fourth time I had enough from this video. I keep making it too long which really sucks so I’m going to have to make this showcase into the absolutely shorter that I want to. I have a quite a few apps that I will be showing you so let’s get this one started.
My number five top application review for videos 11 through 19 is going to be called Blackbeard’s Assault lite. There is a paid version of Blackbeard’s Assault. I’m not sure if I'm going to buy it. I'm still contemplating if I’m going to but the lite version is really satisfying. It’s a really fun application. It’s not too original but it’s still a blast. What you do is you have a set pre-designed path and on that path different colored cannonballs will go by very quickly so it’s really fast, really quick gameplay which is a surprising because there’s no frame rate whatsoever and you have multiple cannons.
And if guys see there’s different colors of the cannonballs and your object is to get three or more lined up of the same color then by doing so that will explode those specific colors of balls. And some of the balls you guys can actually see that there’s different patterns on the balls like skulls or waves and you’ll get different pretty much unlocks for that I guess you could say.
Example, if had a large chain around it or there’s some where it’s a wave where it pretty much caused the tidal wave example and it will shoot all the balls back and explode quite a few of them. So I’m trying to hit one of those and that is really seen and even though which kind of stinks. But anyway, that’s pretty much hog cuffed for this application. I’ve got to rush through this I’m sorry guys but I’ve got this one out of the way, there we go that’s the tidal wave. That’s what I wanted to show you. That’s my top 5 app called Blackbeard’s Assault lite, a free app from the App Store, I definitely recommend that one.
My fourth top app is going to be called Space Dead beef. It is a futuristic 3D shooter, very great graphics, really no frame rate whatsoever. It’s a bunch of stuff happening in the screen at one time. You’ve got a lot of bullets going through the screen and missiles and stuff and there’s a bunch of enemies on the screen and there’s no frame whatsoever. This is probably some of the best graphics that I’ve seen in the iPod or iPhone. It’s got amazing explosions too. I’ll try and get to a bigger boss actually or some bigger enemies and I’ll show you guys some of the explosion for actually when you blow them up.
I don’t want to have to playing this until it runs out. I don’t want to run out of time. Again, I can’t keep filming. This is 45 plus minutes that I’ve been filming this video and I can’t still get it perfected the way that I want it to be. So let’s try. I think there’s the big boss here. One more line of guys and I finally get it done then I have to quit sorry. So a lot of stuff happening on screen in one time as you guys can see. There’s a bunch of missiles going through and there’s no frame rate whatsoever. Come on, there we go here’s the big guy.
So if I hit one of them, we got explosion. The explosion on the screen is truly amazing. I mean even with the bigger boss since there are no frame rates with them and like right there I just died in really nice explosion I mean from dying I’m still enjoying because it’s truly fantastic graphics, no frame rate problems here. I definitely recommend that one. It’s called Space Dead Beef, a free application download from the App Store.
My number three app review is going to be called Topple, a recently twice lowered application I guess in the App Store. Very simple, very basic gameplay but it’s still a blast to play. What it is pretty much just balancing. We’ll show you the level one and for balancing, you get different shapes of blocks and you have to drag them down and balance them on top of each other or they will topple over.
Example, like in a title, the accelerometer used in this game, very sufficiently it’s not running here too much. They used the perfect. It’s not a gimmick, just to see you on down this application. I used just the right amount I think. If your blocks are about to tilt over then you can tip your iPod or iPhone a certain way and by doing so you’ll be able to tip or influence the blocks to go down a different way. So if I tilt to the left off or left same thing goes for the right. So I definitely recommend this one. It’s always better to try and beat your own high score or at least get on the leader boards. That’s called Topple, a free App from the App Store. That’s my number three app.
My number two application is the ones to be called Enigmo. Enigmo is a $1.99 from the App Store. This is really fun application. To all this, I love all these applications. It’s a $1.99 like I said and with it comes 40 levels preinstalled but there’s also a level packs created by users and for those individual level packs. Overall your pride is beginning at couple of 100 levels so I definitely recommend this. It is a great replay value so if you ever do beat the game you’ll always be able to go out there and play it again. As you guys just saw, very simple gameplay for the first couple of levels, very easily explained.
What you have is you have a pair of colored jugs. There can be up to four different colors on the screen in one side and for those jugs you have to get one of them will have free flowing water and the other one will be the receiving jug where you have to get the free flowing water droplets into just like this. And you have as you guys see tools on the left side of the screen that I’ve already used and for those tools you have to use them and put them all over the screen in certain patterns and certain ways. You’ll be able to get those water droplets from the free flowing jug into the receiving jug.
There are a lot of obstacles over throughout the entire game. Now, there are four fields you have to deactivate. There’s buttons example right here. Here’s a button for you I’ll show you guys. Right there, I have to hit that red button so that the red jug will be activated to free flow. And yes, really great, really quick gameplay, no frame rate that used in the beginning. When you get to like level like 39 or 41 there’s so much happening in the screen and once 100 of droplets that you can add. Bunch of different tools out there then there can be a little bit of frame rate so it’s not going to lag onto you but you can notice a little bit of a slow down or a little bit of choppy gameplay.
But I would definitely recommend this. The graphics for the greater sound is also great. You can hear each and every of water drop pretty much it. I definitely recommend this one. It’s a really fun application. This is a $1.99 from the App Store that is called Enigmo, my number two app.
And my number one app I’m sure a lot of you guys are guessing this because iPhone love with this when first downloaded it. It’s going to be the prices rate. The prices rate is a $2.99 application from the App Store. It is closest if you have any get to actually beyond the prices once you’re going to go on and do it. The announcer is perfect. The music is perfect, the games or the exact games that you see on TV. The gameplay is just as close that you can get on TV. It’s really a fantastic application.
So from the main menu, you’ve got a couple of different options; you can do change player and for change player there are three pre-designed males and three pre-designed female characters you can pick from. You can’t customize them really. All you can do is just add your name to them but that’s not really a big of deal what you’ve come to play, you actually come to play the mini games and have a good time. It’s a really fun application and then also you can do party game which can do three other people and you do on the same iPod or iPhones so you can do four people at once or you can do play which is the single player mode and in single mode there’s classic mode like on TV and for classic mode it’s if you lose you’re done, you’re out. It’s just like how it is on TV if you lose that’s your last chance.
Our three specs which was designed for the iPod and iPhone which I’m really glad that they put this in because it makes the game so much less frustrating and for three specs mode, you get three chances to pretty much screw up and if you don’t screw up three times you’re going to play an infinite number of games. You’re going to continue to play through. You're going to play a bunch of many games so you’re just going to keep playing through until you just screwed up three times.
So it’s a really fun application. We’ll show you a little bit a gameplay really quickly because I don’t want to run out of time again. I’m not showing this if it’s going to break my iPhone. I’m going to break my iPod if I do because I’m using this so much today. So these contestants where right we start up just like on the show and for this what you do is you get an item to beat on. I don’t know what this is. I’ve got DVD player that is really interesting. But the announcer gets a fantastic description and also really good instructions. If you’ve never seen this game on TV or not too familiar with it, you can always go out and download it and this guy pretty much explains it step by step for you.
I’m going to do an overbid which means that I will lose this bid but I’m just doing this so you guys will be able to see what three strikes mode is so when I do lose right here I will get a strike and by getting a strike it will still let me progress. It will just give me one notch up. So here we go, one strike and you get to skip your contestant’s turn now and now you just get it on the next stage which is a mini game.
There’s like 20 or 30 mini games that you see on the TV show. It’s definitely their top ones. I love all this mini games. They are so much fun. There’s like Plinko, Cliffhangers, what’s in the bag, there is a bunch of fun ones. It's all the best ones that you see on TV.
Anyway, this is Bonkers. This is one of the mini games and one this that you have to guess the price by going up or down in each of the individual digits, really tough game. Actually this is one of the hardest ones I think that are on this but as you can see I’m not doing well at all. I don’t even know what I’m bidding on. But anyway, that’s pretty much all you have for this one. That’s called “The Price is Right”, $2.99 cents application from the App Store. I would definitely recommend going on and getting that. That’s my number one application for app reviews 11 through 19. I love that app so much I constantly find myself flying and I can’t get enough of it.
That’s all I’ve got for you guys right now, have a fantastic day, I will talk to you later.
