Tomato Stacks with Onion, Cheese, and Balsamic
Now we’re going to do a salad and a tomato. It’s called tomato stacks so its kind of like a Caprese salad. In this course you would see it. So what we’re going to do is just take nice big sizes of tomato, a little salt and pepper, and then I’m just going to move it around a little bit and spread it out. Then we’re going to take onion and nice big slices again. This dish is very simple. It’s easy and simple with a little salt and pepper on them and a little olive oil.
Then take my fresh mozzarella and I will spread it out and nice big slices and I’m not going to season that. I’m just going to let it go natural. Then we could take some fresh Bleu cheese and put that on the side or on top or on the side and then we’ll take some fresh chives and I’m just going to go back and its just like kind of looks like a little bit tan and I just get sprinkle on those on top.
And then your pineapple reduction, but first what I did was I put back pineapple juice in here and then I took balsamic and I also pour that and then I reduce it and then I’m just going to glaze that on top and around the plate and there you go. Simple but quick five minutes it took me. Tomatoes with fresh Bermuda onion, fresh Mozzarella and Bleu cheese topped with a Balsamic Pineapple reduction.
