The New Democrats say they'll introduce new proposals today to ensure politicians in Ottawa play nice with each other.But the fresh approach to decorum in the House of Commons is already getting off to a rough start.N-D-P House Leader Nathan Cullen will outline today how his party would like to see rules changed to improve behaviour in the chamber.And on the first day of the Commons sitting since the winter break, it was a New Democrat M-P who was called on the carpet for pushing the line on decorum.Speaker Andrew Scheer admonished northern Ontario M-P Charlie Angus for suggesting a government parliamentary secretary had "put his clown nose back on."
