Question: How important to a cyclist is the fit of their bike to their body? Jay Dicharry: The bike is tremendously important. A recent article in Sport Magazine has shown us that training is a single biggest thing we can do to improve a cyclist and bike is the second important factor. Taking into consideration, cleat position, body position over the pedal spindle, and the posture on the bike will overall help decrease stress to our tissues as we go without a power revolution.
