Female Speaker: You've trained thousands of women, when you brought out the Kettlebells to the prevention test panel, what was the reaction?
Chris Freytag: When I showed the test panel the kettlebells they all went like, really like one kettlebell what is this going to do for us until we get going, and then they were like, wow! This is an amazing workout.
Female Speaker: Alright! What was the most immediate benefit the women saw? How faster they get results?
Chris Freytag: I get to tell you, they got results the very first day. Because after the first workout, they were like, wow! I feel integrated, I feel strong. They felt that good kind of soar and their energy soared.
Female Speaker: Wow! When did they first see weight loss?
Chris Freytag: We noticed weight loss some of them in the first week, but even by the third week many of them had felt like things were changing, pants were fitting differently, weight was lose -- they were loosing weight.
Female Speaker: Okay, now you told me that the reaction you got from the test panel was, unlike anything you've ever seen, and this was the most positive feedback about a workout you ever heard. Tell me about that, why was it so special?
Chris Freytag: I have worked with lots of groups of women and men. I have worked with lots of different test panels, and this by far was the best reaction I've ever had from a test panel.
The word fun kept coming out of their mouth. It truly was enjoyable and it was quick. They were all unbelievably motivated by how quick it was.
