BY JIM FLINK ANCHOR  CANDICE AVILES At least three people are shot at a north Houston, Texas college.  Authorities are still unravelling the details of the shooting that happened around one o’clock Tuesday afternoon at Lone Star College. Take a look at some of the video from KTRK, which reports the shooting happened near the library of the campus — which immediately went on lockdown.  A KTRK reporter caught up with one student who says -- it hit too close to home. “You heard boom, boom, boom,  repeatedly ...no less than five.  After the third or fourth boom all your thinking about is getting to safety.” The college’s Facebook account immediately issued this warning: SHELTER IN PLACE if you are on campus. IF YOU ARE NOT ON CAMPUS DON"T GO TO CAMPUS Meanwhile, the school went on lockdown for at least 15 minutes.  Another eyewitness — who was in class when the shooting happened — told KHOU she had a friend inside the library. “...it was very frightening. you are in class and they are shooting in the library which is the next building over. (FLASH) some of the ladies was in there crying.” Police say one of the gunmen was shot and is in custody.   CNN reports, authorities were searching nearby woods for a reported second assailant who fled the scene. And while the victims were evacuated to nearby hospitals, some details began to emerge. An hour after the shooting, the school issued this all clear on its Twitter account. “Shooting around 12:31 today at LSC-North Harris between two individuals,three shot.Danger has been mitigated. Situation under control.” KPRC reported, authorities believe rather than a random act, this was a targeted attack involving a dispute between two known parties. “It appeared to be an isolated argument that could have happened anywhere.” “We understand, as the school is now saying, that it was an argument between … two people.” Authorities continue to look for a second gunman, described as a young man wearing an Atlanta Falcons ballcap. Four Aldine Texas schools went on lockdown -- including elementary and middle schools.  All precautionary measures.  Stay with Newsy for more details as they develop.
