Well actually in Canada at least one is considered a health product and that’s Red Bull. Gatorade has electrolytes which control potassium and salt levels in your body if you're working at that for example Gatorade is a great thing to have. So how much of this stuff energy drinks should you be drinking per day? If you're drinking any more than two from a 500 milliliters each per day you're drinking way, way too much and if you're doing that it can cause all kinds of problems, like for example electrolyte disturbances, heart regulations, nausea and vomiting.
