cars. They hope that by 2030, the majority of vehicles on the road will be powered by electricity, cutting both carbon emissions and the amount of petrol needed to fuel the country’s cars. Another initiative in reducing carbon emissions, for the shorter term, is the production of a cleaner fuel called BioFuel 5.
