State Funeral for Mexico's Interior Minister

Minister Francisco Blake helped the country combat drug cartels, in a conflict which has killed 45,000 people in the past five years. He is the second interior minister under President Felipe Calderon and the third high-ranking security official to die in an air accident. Rumors circulate that cartels were behind the crash.
