Gilly Rinaldo from Smart Workout is here to show you how to perform squats on the Helix trainer. This is a great way to incorporate cardio, as well as quads and gluts into your daily workout routine. This is similar to an Elliptical trainer, except that it moves sideways so, it moves laterally working the outer and the inner thighs.
