Hi! I am Elizabeth Chamberlain and welcome to Space Lift, where I am going to show you how to change your home to change your life. In the next few minutes, I am going to share inside Feng Shui secrets so that you can learn how to rearrange your room to make even your wildest dreams come true. After a hard day, it can be a challenge to come back to a stressful home. So I am going to show you how to create your own home sanctuary so you have a place to rest and relax and recharge before your next big day.
First, let's find our focus room with our energy map. By laying the energy map on top of your home floor plan, you can see that the self-knowledge area is in the near left-hand section of your home, standing in your front door facing in. When you need a personal time out, why not create your own home sanctuary whether it's, say, sunny spot to read or a place to recuperate after paying your bills. So we are going to make it easy today, just by rearranging the things that you already own in your own home. Let's get started.
First, we have cleared the clutter to clear your mind. We have moved the TV to a better area rather than in front of the window. And we now have this lounge area where you can rest and relax. It's the self-knowledge area so blues and greens are very supportive colors here, but you could personalize this in whatever way you like. For example, using aroma therapy such as lavender which is very calming.
Now, you have a serene spot to take your own mini-vacation. Thank you and for more tips, go to space-lift.com.
