Fist, let's find our focus room with our energy map by laying the energy map on top of your home floor plan, you can see that the Self area is in the center of your home. The self energy is where you launch any of your goals regarding your health and overall well-being. In this home, the Self area is centered in small hallway that's obviously been neglected. There is nothing here but a hamper which can kind of make you feel as though life is a little bit of a chore. So why not recreate this area into a place where you can celebrate you and your intentions.

I have added one of the each of the five elements, wood for strength, fire for personal energy and passion, metal for mental acuity, earth for groundedness, and the mirror is water for emotional strength. I have also wrapped a couple of self-help books in paper, because you don't necessarily want everyone to walk by and know your issues.

You can also write down lists of your own personal intentions and put them in this box. I also have a piece of artwork here with butterflies, because butterflies symbolize transformation.
