Jonathan D’ Agostino: Now what about all, you know, these social networks stuff that is going on and what the Facebook, and Myspace and what is the other one? Twitter is that Twitter?
Interviewee: Twitter, MySpace.
Jonathan D’ Agostino: Does that enhance the possibility of ending these problems or does that it has nothing to do with that?
Interviewee: Well all of these sites, virtually any website could be infected with some sort of malware that could infect your computer. It was about a month ago and it was a whole thing with Facebook. Facebook was infected with something and everybody was getting infected through Facebook
It happens and again a lot of times, a lot of these websites are built for—and they do not charge you. So somebody, you know, nobody is going to work for nothing. Build a website and maintain the website. There is an angle somewhere where somebody is making a buck, whether it is advertising or harvesting information. Google besides doing the advertising they also harvest all searches you do and again for the demographic information.
Jonathan D’ Agostino: Yeah they have a log in where they will actually track all your, all your information.
Interviewee: Well it does even have to be a log in. It is even, they see that people search in for whatever the latest topic is in the news. For instance when they had—the plane in Hudson. They found a lot of people doing searches on those people and whatever happened with Anna Nicole Smith, same thing. They find that it spikes.
