SNTV - Beyonce takes 'heat' for new perfume commercial
Well, it doesn’t look like anyone will be catching the fever when it comes to Heat, the first fragrance by Beyonce after investigating the perfume’s commercial; the advertising standards authority has banned the ad from daytime television in the U.K.
Guess the usually sexy singer turned up the heat a little too much this time around. The commercial begins B lying naked in the middle of the room. Later, she is shown wearing a red satin dress with a plunging neckline sensually touching her body.
According to Daily Mail, manufacturers of the perfume playing in the TV ad was in tuned with their sexy shake image and in no way indecent but the viewer complaints said otherwise. As a result, the ASA determined it was too sexually provocative to be seen by young children and now the commercial will not be shown on British TV before 7:30 pm.
Sony, her record label had no comment on behalf of the star.
