Hi stampers! I thought I would touch on the snail adhesive that’s from stamping up. We have a lot of new stampers joining the stamping up family and new stampers. So I thought I would tell you a little bit about the snail adhesive.
Now Snail stands for Simple Neat Affordable In-Line. So that’s where the name snail came from. But when you buy the dispenser, it looks like this when you get it and it’s got the adhesive on there. This one is empty. But when you buy the dispenser, you’re going to want to pinch the sides. There are two little arrows right here and you’re going to pinch those and you’re going to remove the adhesive. You can just throw this part away but keep this part because then you can buy the refills and these are what the refills look like. So then when you get the refill, just open it up and then there’s a little yellow little tab thing in here. So you’re just going to remove that and then you’re just going to line that up with your dispenser, your part that you’re going to save and then just click that together and then you’re good to go. And then there’s like a little cap here. This is the end that you’re going to put the adhesive on to your projects. And then when you’re done, you can close that up. So you’re going to flip the lid—I’m just going to grab these post-it notes. And then you’re going to put the lid down towards the card stock and then you’re just going to drag it down. And, the size of the adhesive strip is approximately 1/3 wide and you get about just over 39 feet of adhesive which is about 472 inches. So it’s really nice.
And this is what I use a lot for my projects. It is permanent adhesive and it is also acid free. So just remember that when you’re buying the adhesive to keep the black and then you can just throw this part away and then you can just buy the refills. Okay. Thanks for stopping. We’ll see you later. Bye.
