Williams, who rose to stardom as part of the boy band Take That, announced on his blog that their daughter - Theodora Rose Williams - was born Tuesday and will be affectionately known as Teddy.He added that, "Mummy and Daddy are all rockin."Prince William and Kate have wrapped up their Diamond Jubilee tour.
