VOICEOVER: AP ShowBiz Minute.A French court has ruled in favour of the British Royal Family over publication of topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge.The publisher of Closer magazine was ordered to hand over all digital copies of the snaps and were banned from further use.The ruling only affects France, despite the shots also appearing in Ireland and Italy.Usher and Shakira are joining "The Voice."They'll be the latest coaches to sit in the big red seats next spring, when Christina Aguilera and CeeLo Green take a break from the show.NBC confirmed that Adam Levine and Blake Shelton will remain on board for the series, which began airing its third season last week.Mariah Carey says there's no feud between her and fellow new "Idol" judge Nicki Minaj...
