Alright, so our Breakfast Boreks are done and golden brown and ready to serve on our serving plate because that’s ho we do it over here. So, you could take your tongs and lift them up. And hey are going to slide up really easily because you placed the oil on the foil and you don’t want to smash them when they are taken out. Just very gently put them on the plate.
Now, this goes great with Turkish tea or coffee and some tomatoes and crunchy cucumbers, some olives, traditional Turkish breakfast. And I tell you, once you taste these, you’re going to be eating them all day. You’re going to snack on them like a little cheese sandwich. I mean who doesn’t love a cheese sandwich, right?
