Lisa Masterson: So early prevention is the key and starting in your early 20s, you want to do this breast self-examine and it's about knowing your breast architecture, not necessarily looking for breast masses.
So what you want to do is with the pads of your fingers, because they are most sensitive, you want to go around in a systematic fashion and you want to start off by the little clavicle, the hard bone up here and you want to go outside and around in concentric circles, just like a target.
