Hi, I'm Betty. Welcome to Betty’s Kitchen. Tonight we have been working on some chicken kebabs and they are just about ready so what I'm going to do in here is take the leftover marinated fruits and vegetables. We have pineapple, red bell pepper and baby portabella mushrooms. And they are still on this nice marinade that has plenty of olive oil, so when that gets a little hotter, I'm going to pour this in and then I'm going to continually stir until this is nice and sauteed and we’ll serve it with our kebabs.
Here are our extra vegetables and fruits that we had and they’ve been sauteed up in the marinade which contained the olive oil, so I'm just going to spoon them onto our plate with our finished meal. You see our chicken kebabs are nice and colorful and since that is going to serve me and my husband, it’s not really a whole lot so we’re going to put that along with some white rice and some of these extra sauteed fruits and vegetables.
