VIDEO DESCRIPTION:

Samoans clean up after a deadly cyclone hammered their small Pacific Ocean country last week. The tropical storm killed at least four people and left parts of the capital - Apia - ankle deep in mud. Cyclone Evan flattened hundreds of homes, leaving parts of the country without power and water. It even tossed around cars like rag dolls. The devastation and subsequent shortages have complicated rescue efforts, say volunteers.
