Ruler Plus is a very simple application for the iPhone that basically turns your screen into a ruler using centimeters and inches. Each side has the ability to clear to show it from start or you can keep pressing the plus sign to get all the way up to 98 of whatever you are looking for. There is no other functionality whatsoever and there is no really special information that you need to know besides that. All you have to do is keep pressing the button as you move things over and slide it over and keep track of exactly where your iPhone was as you moved it through the ruler. This app is handy, it is most going to be handy on smaller objects that are going to fit directly on the screen, the larger they get them more difficult that is going to be and remember if you do not have a case on your iPhone and you need to drag this against say a wall. This could be pretty damaging and something you are very unlikely to do, it is something you could easily download and flash from an eye even on edge, so you might not keep it on your phone but it is good to know that it exist.
