Rudi Lewis Hair at Adam Lippes - Fashion Week NY
Lauren Dimet Waters: Hi this is Lauren Dimet Waters with the Second City Style for Style Coalition backstage with colored hair Rudi Lewis. Can you tell us a bit about the look for the show?
Rudi Lewis: The idea was to create a sort of art nomads, a kind of tribal warrior girl. So what we’ve done is we’ve made us a Mohawk shape you know so it’s very narrow in the sides. It’s a kind of lifted in the front. It’s a little bit punky texture going on here but in the back we are doing a fishtail braid which with I'm going to destroy afterwards and so it looks a little bit like a fabric almost and it’s almost like it’s woven. So the ideas at the head look bit like a soft textile.
Lauren Dimet Waters: Awesome, we can't wait to see it. Okay, that would be very exciting. Thank you very much for your time.
