A new indoor and outdoor rotating bed concept.

A new sleeping space, dubbed the Zero daybed is gaining quite a bit of attention.

Designed for Fan Studio by a Spanish architect and sculptor, the bed can be used indoors and outdoors. Described as a ’framed space’, it measures more than 7 feet in diameter and it can fully recline.

The circular shaped bed can rotate 360 degrees. There is a unique inspiration behind the furniture piece.

Fan Studio states “Tropisms are movements that plants experiment in their need of adapting themselves to different environmental conditions. Inspired by this natural movement of plants that open and close, and turn to capture sunlight and protect themselves from rain, wind or the night”.

Constructed of stainless steel, anodized aluminum and glass or carbon fiber, Italian textiles complete the modern, luxury look. A glass or carbon fiber covering can be unfolded depending on the owner’s wishes and it offers protection from outdoor elements.
