Hey there. You know yesterday I made those slow cooked pork tacos. They were so delicious. Now with my extras, I'm whooping up a whole new recipe. These are my pork nachos—a great round two recipe.
I'm going to start by placing the extra corn chips from my chips and salsa recipe in a single layer on an oven-proof baking dish and then start layering the extra pork on the chips, next, some of the extra salsa, and finally some shredded white cheddar cheese.
You know, the key here is just to make sure that each layer has little bit of each ingredient. Keep layering it on there and finish it up with cheese on top. How delicious does that look? But we still have to bake it first. Ten to fifteen minutes at 350 degrees should do it or until the cheese is nice and melted—all done.
You know with only a dollar and 12 new ingredients, this is what I call a money saving round two recipe, enjoy.
