Hank Tank here and I have got a breakfast of champions for you using some stuff you probably have seen some of our other how-tos, take a look.
So what I am going to do now is make a Potatoes O'Brian with fried egg, really fast, ready!
I am going to take a little onion, slush these out. I am going to add some potatoes because you need a little extra cooking time in there. What that starts doing is magic and let it cook for about two minutes or so. Just let it go ahead.
Oh yeah, check this out, it's looking good, pull it back effect, there you go. I am adding a little bell pepper now. You always want to season as you go. Build up the flavor, little bit of green onion. Turn it around, flip it in.
We've got nice little color on our hash, got nice little browning. So we are almost ready for that, so I am going to do is I have this other pan here right over here that's been heated up and I am going to do an egg real quick. wallah, give it a little pepper over the top, little bit of salt, oh bam, now I take a little of this here, a little bit on the center of the plate, little bit of cheese, why not. I could turn this into over-easy egg without even turning it. Let me just grab a lid and I'll show you how to do that. So I am going to show you how I am going to flip an egg and turn it into over-easy.
All you want to do is take a little bit of water, add it in there, cover it, let us do this thing. When you come back in a minute or so it's going to cook it and it's pretty much an over-easy egg.
See how I am cooking the egg, it's all done, that's beautiful. We've got our Potatoes O'Brian right over the top. You've got the breakfast of champions, baby. That's a hang over with a beer.
