Residents of the New Jersey town of Hoboken headed to the polls on Tuesday morning despite ongoing cleanup and recovery efforts following Hurricane Sandy. Much of the town was left under water and without power, following the "superstorm", but officials quickly scrambled to put measures in place to ensure people could get to the polls. But some said the system was confusing and disorganized. But others said that, under the circumstances, officials had done a good job in facilitating the vote
