Hi, my name is Matt Bradshaw, and I’m a musician in the Washington D.C. area, and I'm going to teach you how to play Harmonica.

I'm going to talk about what type of harmonica to buy? Where to buy? I'm going to talk to you about breathing techniques, I'm going to talk about harmonica transcriptions, then I'll talk a little bit about bending notes on the harmonica, and then I would like to talk about the blue style of harmonica and last I'll show you how to clean and maintain your harmonica.

All you'll need for this is a harmonica, and in the next clip I'll show you what kind to get and where to get them.

Before we get started I would like to tell you little bit about myself. I have a Degree in Music, from the University of Mary, Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and I've been playing in bands in the D.C. area for about eight years, and I currently play in two groups called Junk Science and Tereu Tereu.
