Pizza Dough 1/2 oz dry yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 4 cups flour 1 1/2 cups water 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar into 1/4 cup water. Let sit until it bubbles. 2. Put mixture into mixer. Add water. 3. Slowly add flour with mixer on. Add salt and oil. 4. Knead on floured surface. Ball it up and let it rise.
Pizza Sauce 1 large can tomato sauce 2 cans tomato paste chicken stock 2 onions 1 shallot 1/4 cup white wine 6 cloves garlic oregano Salt and pepper taste
1. Chop all vegetables. 2. On low heat, cook onions and shallots until translucent. 3. Add wine and cook until dry. 4. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer for 1 hour.
Making Pizza 1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Roll out dough. Make an edge. 3. Spread 4 oz of sauce on dough. 4. Place toppings on top, cover with cheese, and place in over for approximately 15 minutes.
