Female: After searching in the urban area of Sacramento for there first home, John and
Carline have three great houses to choose from. Listed at $320,000 the first place
is a three bedroom, two baths and 1200 square foot house.
Carline: That house in great value exactly what we are looking for.
John: Commute would be about the same but it was at bottom of the price range and
that was good because then we will have extra money to expand, to add yard in
the garage.
Carline: In the garage and make it a bigger garage.
John: Oh yeah, that was great.
Female: They’re second option is also a three bedroom and two bath place. At $340,000
that’s more expensive that with 1400 square feet is also larger.
John: The house in lake and the pines was great, had a great kitchen.
Carline: Yeah, and lot of living space.
John: Had two garages, amazing garage it was huge. And needed the fence out back and
then we would have to ask the HOA association fro permission if wanted to add
that fence back there.
Carline: Great and the homeowners association, they serve about 1700 a year and that’s
little stiffs.
John: Yeah that’s a little stiff so—
Female: Listed at $370,000 the third option is a three bedroom, two baths and 1300 square
foot home.
Carline: They’re in chills and a cool fact is in the great location that’s what we’re cut the
owner give me a time to layout of the house.
John: They have a nice to layout and plenty of space for us and a room for a roommate
cliff.
Carline: Quite as much privacy there that’s I would prefer.
John: Yeah and on top of that is at the highest of our price range.
Female: So, which one did they choose?
Carline: The house we ended up choosing—we love it just what we want it. Oh we loved
at there it so outdoorsy and somewhat fresh air and the big trees.
John: Yeah and great exercise, we have the best above because we have the nature and
we the easy to commute. They always thought our neighbors might be too close
but in reality it’s not too bad.
Carline: And we’ve had some opportunities to get to know our neighbors.
John: People are friendly and nice and wave on this s drive by and we like that.
Carline: We did get the house for price that we wanted.
John: Yeah we got it first 355 and we got a $10,000 credit.
Carline: Yeah which leaves us a little bit of money to play with if we want to do any
upgrade which we might do eventually in the kitchen here but it’s all usable for
now and we are actually can have some friends over later this afternoon for a little
barbeque and get together and this is our beautiful deck outside.
John: Yeah, one of the nice pictures I’ve this house is we have a woodstove and it’s
really warms in the colder months, like that Carline and Joy’s like too.
Carline: Oh yes it makes a nice and homey here.
Female: And the new digs of work that well for cliff too.
John: It is great for me to having my own room, what I love here is I can play music if I
want or I can just relax. Another cliff has on the room and I have my own office
space and it will have to work around this hours and he doesn’t have to work
down line. We have excellent storage.
Carline: But the best storage of all is the master bedroom. Now, we have a nice big closet
and I have plenty of space for my cloths here and it just a wonderful feature for
me.
John: Have plenty of rooms for my cars, my project cars. Plenty of room for my tools
over here and plenty of rooms for my spare parts and also pay for this driveway
over here for our roommate club so when everybody’s supposed to show up?
Yeah, you know there is more room we can entertain more people you know so
it’s great. Bigger parties, that’s right.
Carline: Oh men we just love it here about.
John: No, we really like air, you know this place isn’t a home until you have your
friends here.
Caroline: Yeah.
John: We’re happy that you guys are here with us.
