Female: All right! Football seasons and full swing and you k now what that means grills across the country our going to be smoking. So Shawn went to the grill master himself, Bobby Flay with his secret to the absolute perfect burger.
Bobby Flay: I'm teaching the trick right now!
Shawn: Okay!
Bobby Flay: When you put a burger on the grill or a griller or whatever it is. You put it on the grill what happens? Its actually after a while it kind of pumps it with a football and then you know the expert grill is out there. Its take his spatula, the back of the spatula and they push it down and they squeeze out orange juices. So what I do I kind of fake up the burger a little bit. I make an invitation with my son in the middle of food. I made like a wealth okay and then I season with salt and pepper. I don’t put anything in the burger itself. No onions and peppers and garlic’s exist. I don’t do that, that’s meatloaf.
Shawn: Okay!
Bobby Flay: Yeah! I want to make a burger. As the burger cooks its actually going to come back to the shape that we wanted. So we don’t have to push it down and get it back to that shape.
Shawn: And get you're B pancakes.
Bobby Flay: Exactly right! So if you notice like I just flip it one single time. A burger has to have cheese on it might be. I'm a cheese burger guy; some people are just burger guys. I have to have cheese burger it’s got to be extra cheese and it has to be melted completely. So what I like to do is take a little bit of water okay and just put the water around the out side of burger. And as you starts to steam the cheese and then get the cheese to melt quickly. There it is, there it is now we all need is some fining shape.

Shawn: the first one this viewer wants to know how old were when you started cooking because she is a five old son who loves food and who really wants to be chef?
Bobby Flay: I think he has some time that I had to started cooking professionally when I was 17 but when I was probably in going to say about maybe 12 or 13. I was cooking a little bit around my house. You know time had different now. There was no food no entry.
Shawn: So many kids watch this.
Bobby Flay: you know what now it’s unbelievable. So I always I say like if you have some body who’s five or six, I mean just let them help you out all around the kitchen because that kind of experience is in valuable.
