gave Penny a phone number stating it was Lamar's. Marshall and the fake Lamar then texted back and forth for several days until the impostor asked her to loan his assistant a pretty big chunk of cash. And being the adoring Lakers fan she is, Penny immediately agreed to help out sending the perpetrator more than 5 grand.
