Mad for the Mango Beefdilla

{Demo}

Ingredients:

1 mango
1 shallot
½ cup cilantro
1 lemon
Chili powder
Opregano & cumin
Flour tortillas
Cheddar cheese
Many good bottles of beer

MANGO BEEFDILA

1. Chop mango, cilantro, and 5the shallow shallot. Mix in bowl.

2.Add the juice of one saucy lemon.

3. Brown 1 lb of ground beef, high quality stuff only please. Mix in chili powder and cumin.

4. Add oregano towards the end. Season to taste.

5. The ,meat with some cheese in between 2 tortillas. Brown until the cheese is gooey.

6. Serve with sour cream and mango sauce.
